Microfluidic Chip + Constant Pressure/Constant Flow Perfusion

Perfusion with Culture Insert

 

Tokai Hit has also developed a pump system that enables perfusion culture by utilizing commercially available cell culture inserts as they are. Since a commercially available 35 mm dish is used as the base of the culture surface, microscopic observation is also possible. In addition, the system has two culture vessels, each of which can be used to freely change organ sets, making it useful for analysis of inter-organ crosstalk mechanisms.

This product is particularly suitable for studies requiring mechanical flow, such as cilia in the lungs and intestines, and for pharmacokinetic and toxicological evaluation studies.

Perfusion with “cell desk”

This culture system enables perfusion culture with “Cell Desk LF” manufactured by Sumitomo Bakelite. By using “Cell Desk LF” with a plastic coverslip, cells can be easily collected and transferred, and can be removed for fluorescent observation.
We recommend this system for easy perfusion culture using a coverslip.
