Cell Culture Insert Perfusion

Culture Insert Perfusion Features
The porous membrane of the Culture Insert provides a scaffold for cells to adhere and proliferate in three dimensions,
mimicking an environment similar to that of living tissue.
By seeding different cell types on both sides of the insert, cell-cell interactions can be observed in a more natural way.

Reproduction of organ crosstalk
Organ crosstalk refers to the interaction between various organs.
In Culture Insert Perfusion, 3D models of different organs are cultured and
perfused in two vessels to reproduce organ crosstalk in vitro.
Features

The shape of the container can be changed
according to the experimental conditions.
The shape of the vessel can be changed according to experimental conditions
such as the size of the culture insert and the number of organ models to be cultured.

System configuration

Controller
Controls pump flow rate from 5 to 1000µl/min.
Simultaneous 2-channel pump control is possible.

Pump Unit
It consists of a pump, one container for a reservoir, and two culture vessels, which can be used in an incubator. The culture vessels contain culture inserts and can be used for co-culture.
The shape of the containers can be customized according to the research and experimental conditions.

Culture Inserts
We offer culture vessels that can be used with commercially available culture inserts and can accommodate a variety of sizes.
